To prevent the spread of the A Influenza (H1N1) - Swine Flu in Indonesia, Garuda Indonesia has taken several anticipatory measures and consulted with various airport authorities in Indonesia and in countries served by Garuda Indonesia for the handling of passengers suspected of having been infected by the virus.

How to Sleep Tight Every Night

Do you have trouble falling asleep, or toss and turn in the middle of the night? Awaken too early, or find yourself not feeling refreshed in the morning? You are not alone: millions of people struggle with falling and staying asleep.
Unless you’re suffering from a serious sleep disorder, simply improving your daytime habits and creating a better sleep environment can set the stage for good sleep. By developing a good bedtime routine and designing a plan that works with your individual needs, you can avoid common pitfalls and make simple changes that bring you consistently better sleep.
The main problem : Alcohol, caffeine, smoking
Alcohol reduces overall quality of sleep. Many people think that a nightcap before bed will help them sleep. While it may make you fall asleep faster, alcohol reduces your sleep quality, waking you up later in the night. To avoid this effect, stay away from alcohol in the last few hours before bed.
Caffeine. You might be surprised to know that caffeine can cause sleep problems up to ten to twelve hours after drinking it! If you rely on coffee, tea or caffeinated soda to keep you going during the day, consider eliminating caffeine after lunch or cutting back your overall intake.
Smoking. Smoking causes sleep troubles in numerous ways. Nicotine is a stimulant, which disrupts sleep. Additionally, smokers actually experience nicotine withdrawal as the night progresses, making it hard to sleep.
Improving your daytime habits
How can what you do during the day affect your sleep at night? Better sleep starts with good daytime habits, from when (and how often) you exercise to what you eat and drink.
Regular exercise, aside from many other wonderful health benefits, usually makes it easier to fall asleep and sleep better. You don’t have to be a star athlete to reap the benefits-- as little as twenty to thirty minutes of activity helps. And you don’t need to do all 30 minutes in one session: break it up into five minutes here, ten minutes there. A brisk walk, a bicycle ride or a run is time well spent. However, be sure to schedule your exercise in the morning or early afternoon. Exercising too late in the day actually stimulates the body, raising its temperature. That’s the opposite of what you want near bedtime, because a cooler body temperature is associated with sleep. Don’t feel glued to the couch in the evening, though. Exercise such as relaxation yoga or simple stretching shouldn’t hurt.
Get some light to set your body clock
We all have an internal body clock that helps regulate sleep. This clock is sensitive to light and dark. Light tells your body clock to move to the active daytime phase. When you get up, open the shades or go outside to get some sunlight. If that’s not possible, turn on the lights to make your environment bright.
Napping can interfere with sleep
Perhaps the English had the right idea in having teatime in the late afternoon when you naturally get sleepy. Some people can take a short afternoon nap and still sleep well at night. However, if you are having trouble sleeping at night, try to eliminate napping. If you must nap, do it in the early afternoon, and sleep no longer than about thirty minutes.
Foods that help you sleep
Maybe a rich, hearty dinner, topped off with a big slice of chocolate cake might seem like the perfect way to end the day, but it’s wise not to eat a large meal within two hours of bed. Try to make dinnertime earlier in the evening, and avoid heavy, rich foods as bedtime snacks.
However, a light snack before bed, especially one which contains the amino acid tryptophan, can help promote sleep. When you pair tryptophan-containing foods with carbohydrates, it helps calm the brain and allow you to sleep better. For even better sleep, add some calcium to your dinner or nighttime snack. Calcium helps the brain use and process tryptophan. On the other hand, you might want to avoid eating too much protein before bedtime - protein-rich foods contain tyrosine, an amino acid that stimulates brain activity. Experiment with your food habits to determine your optimum evening meals and snacks.
Develop a relaxing bedtime routine
A consistent, relaxing routine before bed sends a signal to your brain that it is time to wind down, making it easier to fall asleep.
Start by keeping a consistent bedtime as much as possible. Then, think about what relaxes you. It might be a warm bath, soft music or some quiet reading. Relaxation techniques, such as yoga, visualization or muscle relaxation not only tell your body it is time for sleep but also help relieve anxiety.
Avoid bright light or activities which cause stress and anxiety.

Quantum of Solace reviewed by me

The Bond Franchise was given a good kick up the behind with the release of 2006's Casino Royale. What is commonly termed as a 'reboot' and (featuring Daniel Craig as new James Bond) should definitely be applied as they stripped away the stupid, far-fetched gadgets and cheddar-laden one liners for a raw and gutsy iteration. Bringin us an MI6 agent that gets battered and bruised, is shot and injured from dangerous strugle to save the world.

It might have set box office, but the latest James Bond adventure, Quantum of Solace, has five factual and continuity errors, critics have claimed so far.
The film, starring Daniel Craig as the British spy, is the 22nd Bond-based adventure and costs 100 million pounds, based on reports from The Telegraph.

1. In a chase scene in the movie where Bond is driving his Aston Martin and is being pursued by an Alfa Romeo. One car in the scene is shown with Italian plates with a Vauxhall Corsa badge and in Italy all Vauxhalls are rebadged as Opels.

2. Another flaw occurs on the registration plates for the Austrian vehicles-they had the prefix code in the incorrect place.

3.One can see a similar mistake in a scene where Bond, apparently became a qualified pilot, surprisingly he can reads out the registration number of a plane as Golf Zero, instead of Golf Oscar.

3.Bond's wristwatch can bee seen in two different positions in the same shot, once with the face turned to the outside and once facing to the inside.

4.There's one scene in the hotel room, in which the sign on the door is written in a mixture of French and English, and it should've been in grammatically correct French.

5. And finally, the blunder occurs when Bond arrives in the South American city of La Paz where the temperature is shown to be 46 degrees Fahrenheit (a chilly 7.8 degrees Celsius), which is quite unusual for the place, I think this is the reason why all the actors don't look sweaty in the place like that

But still Quantum of Solace is one of the best Bond movies.... I watch it almost every night until now.....

New Metal Gear Solid in E3 2009

We've seen Kojima Presentation at E3..... Although Kojima had said he wouldn't create another Metal Gear Solid games after he finished latest Metal Gear Solid games (The last Metal Gear Solid that he claim will be the last installment, MGS 4).... He always make another Metal Gear Solid Games....
There are two new Metal Gear Solid Games announced in E3 2009, after teasing the Fans with mysterious LIGHTNING countdown timer in Kojima Pro Website, he announced two games for gamers. They are Metal Gear Solid Rising for Playstation 3 and XBox 360, and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker for Playstation Portable.
There are two title for Metal Gear Series, The Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker will use same gameplay as Metal Gear Solid 4, in trailer we can see Big Boss crouching slowly and do some CQC moves to paralyze enemy, just like what Old Snake do in MGS 4..... I Think Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker created by Kojima Production to protect the Metal Gear Solid Saga brand equity, since they are planning to take a new level of gameplay and transforming the genre into hard stylish action in Metal Gear Solid Rising which now carrying new tagline called Lightning Bolt Action and leaving Tactical Espionage Action behind.....
Just in case the Lightning Bolt Action failed and disappointed the fans.... they can buy the old concept in new games, the MGS Peacewalker..... but as a loyal fans... I Think I Will play both of them.... It's great opportunity to play a new game with a new gameplay and new engine in High Definition Resolution in Next Gen (or should I Say current Gen?) and also It's a good news that we can use our Playstation Portable to play MGS Peacewalker...... It's like a dream come true..... playing a good MGS game directed by Kojima in PSP System... (MGS Portable Ops not directed by Kojima.... this explain why this game have poor quality as MGS games, the recruitment systems is soooo booorrriiiingggg)......
Let's pray the game will be released soon... and there are no postpone happen :D
